Hotel was fairly clean and in a great area just off a hill, the stores and restaurants. It was also a few steps away from the titanic museum.
Everything was great except the room that definetly could be was n't cleaned everyday.

Everything about the hotel was good. Rooms with coffee. It met needs. Friendliness from the whole staff. There also was easy parking and very clean pool.

Actually everything was great, my next choice again in Pigeon Forge. Loved this place, it was clean and had very good staff and location. The room was perfectly clean with exceptionally comfortable beds. Had amazing bathroom.

Convenient hotel, great breakfast. We were in a hurry and did n't visit the outdoor restaurant, but it seemed amazing! Had cold drinks in the pool bar in the evening. This property was located in a beachfront area.

A stunningly beautiful hotel with courteous staff. Non-smoking and cool room was enjoyable. The venue had a central position close enough to the hill for dinner, pigeon forge, the stores. A lot of food options close to the venue.

The stay at this APPEALING hotel was the best one. Fresh bread, milk, jam, butter and eggs for breakfast were fresh, and overall it was awesome. The bed was fine and it was great having TV set, microwave and 2 televisions. Quiet lobby.
Views appeared to be not so great.

I loved this unique hotel and will be back. Very hospitable staff, and reasonably priced restaurant with decent food. Welcoming and immaculate room, excellent design. Strategic location in the amazing area.

Beautiful location, brilliant staff, bright rooms, hot breakfast. Exceptional view, a great balcony, lovely bed, too. It had amazing swimming pool too. Not to mention fast wifi!

Non-smoking and accommodating rooms with magnificent views, good food, courteous staff. Hotel was clean. Perfect location and excellent service in the property. Hot drinks, good wifi were a nice surprise.

The hotel was tidy, the rooms were well-equipped with lovely views. They served milk, slices of fresh bread, jam, butter and eggs for breakfast. This cozy venue had a remote setting. Besides, the area was marina, next to country tonite theatre.

The hotel was clean, the staff was very amiable! The location was peaceful, a short walk to a family amusement center. I slept so comfy in the exceptionally comfortable bed. Fast check-in too.
